I have a leak from what looks like an area inside below the medal peace that mounts the out drive. The water trickles at the bottom of this metal peace. Here is my question. If I put the mufflers on the out drive and run the engine and there isn't any water on the inside boat. There is not a leak. Would that rule out the hoses and tubes between the out drive and the engine? If it doesn't leak would that indicate a seal or the transom. Volvo Penta SX 5.0 Thanks for any help.
