This is the 1995 Cobra SX (Volvo SX), over the winter I changed gimble bearing, exhaust and u-joint bellows.
I don't remember having the leak last year unless I missed it, but I don't remember accumulating that much water, but there was a bit after runs.
This year I just did extra careful check as this was the fist run of the year.

I've tried filming with an phone camera but this is of course upside down using a selfy stick: https://youtu.be/pFT30o4D5ac
The water seems to come in all the way at the back, engine does not need to be running for this to happen.
I did a few minutes of driving and came back in,
Remove the drive to check, and the u-joint bellows were dry.

Can I be like Rubber Transom Seal leaking or what else can be there? I'll try taking a better video and ill have my phone charge the next time.

if the rubber transom seal is leaking, your transom is rotten

Just wondered if you punctured the shift cable hose during installation. This will cause a constant drip or leak in your boat. You usually need to pull the motor to repair.

I'm not an expert like many here but I can tell you that I had a leaking transom as well . The transom seemed really solid and I did not want to believe it was bad . I checked the Transom shift cable tube but saw nothing. I then took some waterproof silicon and ran a bead all the way around the outside of the gimbal housing making sure that I did not miss any places . The next day I took it to the ramp and bingo , no water leaking even after 45 minutes .
It makes a mess to remove but will tell you if that is your problem and if it's not the cable tube its almost got to be the transom. I guess you might run with the silicon for a while , but myself , I just could not stand the thought , it looks pretty corny and if you run in salt water it may eat the sealer away.
just a thought--------A.B.
