Leaking Bellows?

I've had my boat in the water nearly 2 months and recently noticed a small amount of water in the bilge. I've thought for weeks that I had a leaky raw water hose on my 95 5.7 Mercruiser w/Bravo 3 since it takes on more water when in motion. Today I set out to try and find it and instead found water coming in from the transom. I initially freaked out but I had the boat inspected before purchasing and the transom was solid.

it appears the water is coming from the outside through the drive. Would this maybe mean bad bellows or viable bearing? I've attached a video.

Could be. Any new to you anything should have all the maintenance done.

Pull the drive, replace the bellows, inspect the gimble and alignment

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,...... The bellows would probably leak less underway, 'n not at all when on plane,....
