leaking fuel lines

I have a 1986 Merc 35 hp and the fuel lines are leaking where they connect to the metal fittings. The clamps are nylon lock ties. Should I replace these nylon clamps with automotive gear style metal clamps? The hoses look ok should I replace them anyway as long as I am replacing the clamps?<br />thanks

I just replaced all mine and some were good. Why not, it is not too hard to do, you will know they are good for years, and you can make sure they are correctly specified fuel lines. Good luck
