I have a mid 70s, 20 horse Johnson, just recently when I shut it down it leaks just a lil bit of gas out of the exhaust, only does it for 5-10 min after I shut it down. It always starts right up and runs good. It does seem to not have the top end it used to, if it doesn't have the top end it's very lil. Could it be running rich? If so how do I lean it out. Or could it just be the float in the carburator?
