leaking intake manifold

While working an solving an issue discussed in another topic I found bubbles on the intake manifold, hope the video is clear enough.
is this oil on top of it or something coming from inside the manifold.

just some oil on the intake manifold, that is a hot area because of the exaust cross-over to warm the carb
and I`m guessing its a V6 or V8 motor
