Leaking oil bad from prop

Is this normal,?

This is a johnson 2 stroke 50 hp 74 model.

Any help would be great.

NO, its not normal. You have 2 seals inside of the prop to protect the lower units gear lube. 1 is to keep the oil in and 1 is to keep the water out. So in fact you have 2 prop seals.

Replace these prop seals and change lower units oil with regularity. Fishing line can damage your prop seal. You need to check that from time to time. When in doubt just replace your prop seals.
