Hi Folks,

I have to believe this topic has been covered 1000 times in this forum, but I can't find information about MY trim / tilt pump, which seems unbelievable but here we are. I have a customer who has a Mercruiser Force 120 outboard on his fishing boat and of course the trim and tilt are leaking down and it's the valve body that needs to be replaced. I've done my homework and am certain of that. Here are a few pics of the pump:

I hope I have settings right so anyone can view them.

I purchased a valve body from Go2Marine. This one:

It's not the same valve body. I see that now, but are they interchangeable? I mean obviously I'll have to make new hoses but can the part I bought be used with my pump motor?

If not, can someone help me identify what pump / valve body I have so I might be able to do a better search for information on it? Or suggest a source for a replacement or rebuilt kit? I can find TONS of info on the valve body I bought, but none at all for something that looks like the one I have. I'be been messing with boats for almost 20 years and I feel like a NOOB. Thanks for your help!

It doesn't look like the link showing the thing I bought is working. Try this one

Well, I *was* certain until you mentioned manifold. Maybe I'm wrong about this. I isolated what I thought was the valve body by raising the engine to top trim, and plugging the line and no leakdown (suggesting valve body) and then raising to full up tilt, plugging that line, and seeing no leak down. I thought that meant a valve body failure.
