leaking water

i found a 2'' crack on the back of my 1986 hydro sport , bairly any water is coming in it ,maybe a drip here and there , but i like to fix it befor it gets worse, can anybody help me

its a hair line crack on gray paint , you wouldnt be able to see it in a picture ,
