Leaking Y PIPE?????

Hey guys. I had some work done on my boat a while back (outdrive was pulled off) and since getting it back from the shop i have noticed water coming in from my transom. The shop is now out of business so I am on my own to figure it out and get it fixed. I have replaced the belows and that didnt solve it. My next two thoughts are y-pipe gasket (I hope) or rotten transom. If it is the latter i will probably just sell the boat for parts. Check out the video below and let me know what you think before I go pulling the engine out.

That's quite a bit if water coming in there and looks to me like the transom seal, but as you say could be the Y pipe. Take a screw drive and try and push it into the wood/glass around the transom to see if its soft. Only way I would know what to fix it pull the motor. Maybe someone else will be along shortly with another idea.
