leaky lower unit

i changed my lower unit oil a few times so far thinking maybe i didnt tighten something but it is definetly leaking now. i checked the oil and it is milky yellow again. not milky but yellowish. i was wondering where the most common spot is for this unit to leak at? works fine otherwise thanx. also i need to get the new washer sets for the vent and drain and fill plugs does anyone have the place i can get these and part numbers? thanx again.

Bad gaskets could do that all by themselves. Anybody that handles boats handles them. Otherwise if you replace 1 seal you replace them all. They're all old, they're all worn.
