LED drain plug quality?

Has anyone tried these led drain plugs that supposedly put off exellent light? I'm not in the clearest of all waters? Lake Ontario Rochester ny

I think ya only use em when swimming @ night.

From what i have heard they don't work all that well. If you want nice under water lights you are going to have to spend money on them to do them proper.

I suspect Lake Ontario has more skinny dippers in than sharks.
