Does anyone know where I can find a replacement pipe for this. The previous owner hit something and bent the tube. Base is fine but the tube has seen better days.

The part number given is for a Lee T-top out rigger holder. Jonnyv49 check over at the hulltruth. Lot a parts for sale there. If you can't find just the pipe I bet you could find a fab shop in your area to make you one. That's what I did. Made it out of 1 3/4" aluminum tubing and polished it myself.

Were you able to remove that shaped plug at the end of the OEM pipe and press it into the new pipe? I know that stops the outrigger for a set position while all the way out.
