That would be something you'd have to check with the state of Ohio. I'd be surprised if there was one. Some states have lemon laws for cars, and they tend to be a joke. They sound better on paper than in reality. Have you considered trying another repair facility? You either have a Mercruiser or Volvo and should be able to take it for warranty repair to any authorized facility. Doesn't have to be the dealer where you got the boat, and doesn't even have to be a Larson dealer.

It has a Volvo engine and i contacted a local authorized dealer and they acted like they did not want to be bothered with it.

Have you contacted Larson directly? I know in the past when I have had difficulties, and the dealer don't seem to want to be bothered with it, I contact the manufacture and express my displeasure very sternly and normally, they want to make sure you are happy. If your having a problem with a dealer, your next stop needs to be the people that made the boat, in your case, I would contact the engine manufacture and they should be willing to get this straightened out..

Good luck.

few if any states have lemon laws for boats, and when it comes to cars, the requirements are very strict and narrow. Focus on the dealer and manfacturer, not the courts.

I have a similar problem with a new Stingray.
The lemon law (if there is one where you are) is a difficult route to take. My issue was Stingray build problem, yours is a Volvo one.

Initially we thought my problem was a Volvo Penta issue which my dealer was unable to fix. I contacted Volvo North America and their response was great volvopenta.support@Volvo.com
They liased with my local Volvo dealer, who HAVE to help, authorising payment if necessary, until the problem was diagnosed. I was impressed and will stick to Volvos.
A Volvo technical specilaist will assign you a case no. Volvo want you to buy a Volvo next time and will help you resolve this!
