Now how do you suppose that over a hundred thousand screen names are gonna be first name only without numerous duplications?

What are we gonna have, Lester1 through Lester297?? Or John. For crying out loud there must be several thousand Johns.

I would bet that there are even many duplications of full names.

We may even have several Frances Gumms and Marion Morrisons.
