Lexus Oil Leaks and Mechanic (Woes)

Yeah I was wondering about some kind of dye. And I do probably need to check with them again instead of just dropping it.

I just did this with my car for a a small anitfreeze leak. Was utterly amazed how well it worked. $6 bottle of dye then use the UV light.
what if found when using the UV my oil was fluorescent. at first I thought I had AF in the oil but the new jug of oil was the same.

Quick update on this. I got the dye, UV light and that, but the post-repair drip had essentially stopped. Weird, but I'm good with it.
