i recently picked up a 4 horse evinrude (lightwin} that looks to be in great condition.i can't find a model number written any where on the motor. there is a serial number it's 4206se0006002. can anyone help me locate a manual for it? i also need to know the oil and gas ratio before i attempt to start her up. i also don't know the year it was made thanks!
