Link and synch question

I have a 1988 mercury 150 xr4 and am doing a link and sync. Anyone know what the primary throttle pickup is? Seloc manual online shows 22 degrees ATDC while it shows others are from 7-11 degrees atdc. Is this correct?

Set it at 10* to start with. It is changed when you set your idle speed, but it will be near there.

Max timing at idle is 19* with the advance module, 23* if you took it off.

I've run mine both ways. Presently the advance module is next to the chit can. WOT is 23*. Runs good.
