Link question

I have asked this before, but apparently I was to incompetent to do anything with the answer, so I PMed member xtraham, and he made my link for me. Now, I cannot find the original post, that showed how to make a clickable link, and name it.
So, how do you make a clickable link, and give it a specific name?
