little help figuring out year

HI

i know you probably get alot of these types of posts, just trying to figure out what year my merc 402 is.

i have searched, but i am positive this motor came from canada so depending on which site i look up the serial number on i get different years.

the serial number on the transom mount is 7048083
i also found a serial number on the motor when i took the cover off that says 7060552

It was made in Canada in 1975. Both serial numbers are from the same year.

kinda new to boating, i been looking and was just wondering what kind of oil to use in the lower unit.
