little switch?

hi just joined as ive heard alot of good things about this place...
i was wondering whot that little switch is next to the kill switch on a u.s marine remote box thanks

Do you have a picture? It could be a trim switch or an emergency stop switch.

DON'T TOUCH THAT! It is the emergency eject switch. LOL Sorry, couldn't resist.

If you are talking about the black "button" under the kill switch, it turns and adjusts the drag on the control lever. Most times it doesn't do much.
