Live Well Valve Question

Just under the shift/throttle control, there is a small lever that says Live well fill/drain. I looked behind the control and saw a cable that led towards the back. In the bilge, I found the other end of the cable attached to the arm of a valve in the line that goes to the livewell pump. Problem is the cable is froze up. I'm going to remove it and see if I can put a cable luber on it, but it I can't free it up, does anyone know where I could find one that long. I haven't pulled it out yet, but I'm guessing it has to be over 10 feet long.

Valves are available right here on iBoats but I didn't see the cable. I did turn up this web site however. It is an Australian supplier but more extensive searching will turn up a U.S. supplier. Search for Flow-Rite parts, or some similar wording.
