Welcome back jimonica! Pretty cool that we are redebating the vote in Florida. I'm such a newby I never got the chance first time 'round . . . 8) I really think I need a  here, but I do think it's kinda cool . . .

Should we move on to Ohio '04? I think the House and Senate were stolen in '06. Nahh, they can have it. I forgot, I like gridlock.

BTW, has anybody heard anybody say that the mid-term elections were stolen? ;)

Re: Lively night on the Dock

Well QC I had a very busy 6 months or so. Had some projects to finish before putting the house on the market.
Sold the house after 5 months on the market and 60 plus showings. Then I couldn't get the puter working after the move so I figured a 10yr plus puter wasn't worth messing with anymore. So I just got my new Dell up and running.
But know I know why I stayed off for so long. I just wasted 3 hours talking to a brick wall.

Your not hearing any complaining from the repubs because there wasn't any lines stretching around the block in Vanilla Heights Usa lilly white repub districts.
If there was you can bet they would be screaming to high heaven.

Well you've missed some. I even harassed Pointer for calling Democrats Communist . . . I had said recently that it was a debt I owed CJY, but in hindsight I am pretty sure it was you, so now I have officially been consistent . . . No brick wall here BTW. I'll definitely, and always, listen to reason. Seriously. Example above ;) Call me on it if I don't . . .

Sounds like you're burly scuffling.. We put ours on and sold it in 3 days(Portland, OR. ) 4 years and $110,000 to the good... turned that on a 1031 for 3 lots, each 120x85... could sell those in a heart beat for $85,000 each( bought from a distressed LLC). We'll hold on for a year then off those for $100,000 each.

I'm just finishing up a remodel we live in now, and doing a make-over of the new digs (1/2 acre with 24x40 shop, 1600 sq. ft. house, all new carpet and floors, paint)

Compared to me, you sound like you're on vacation... Ohhhhh, almost forgot... in my spare time I run a $100,000 a year biz.... don't try and sell that lib crap to me. 8)

Maybe we should start a thread where we all compare how much our homes are worth? We could even compare net assets!
