Livorsi GPS receiver to VHF handset?

I just picked up an 87 Sea Ray Pachanga with a nice set of aftermarket Livorsi gauges, including a GPS speedometer. I will be adding a VHF radio and most of them come with a GPS input to broadcast location in case of emergency. Can I connect the Livorsi GPS antenna to feed both my speedo and my VHF at the same time? How would I wire that up? Not familiar with GPS antennae/receivers.

I boat inland lakes and the Ohio river exclusively, so I don't really NEED the GPS function on the VHF but it would be nice to have. Definitely won't be sacrificing my speedo function to run the GPS on the VHF.

Re: Livorsi GPS receiver to VHF handset?

It is possible to wire the Speedo and the VHF radios input in parallel to the GPS output.

There are no standard wirings.
Exactly what GPS, Speedo and Radio do you have?
Post a link to the GPS, Speedo and Radio Manuals if you need more assistance.
