Locating Serial Number?

Here's the deal... I located the seial number on the motor mount no problem! It's a 1986 Black Max 200 HP!

Now, it appears that the power head has been replaced and doesn't jive!

Someone said there is another serial number "under" the fly wheel? EXACTLY where?
