Location of boat on trailer?

I am having difficulty with the location of my boat on the trailer. It is a 1980 17' Bumblebee bass boat, the trailer is a regular drive on trailer. The boat goes against the spare tire and the tip of the boat also rests against the winch when fully loaded. The boat is in position with the bottom rollers. The arm with the wheel that helps guide the boat in position looks like it has been modified longer to help this problem, but it seem to still have a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'll try to attach pictures a little later. Thanks in advance!

What I get from your problem is that your boat is hitting the spare tire?? Its kinda hard to picture what it looks like sitting on the trailer, is it sitting to far forward?? almost sounds like the trailer is not big enough for the boat

I'm not getting the problem from your description either. Pics would help us all out.

Re: Location of boat on trailer?

My pictures was jpg and I still couldn't figure it out, anyway, I did get the problem fixed. A friend helped locate and fix it. The Center roller, or the most forward roller, needed to be raised, thus solving part of the problem. As far as hitting the winch, we had to move the bracket that the boat comes up against and reattach. I think that this is a different trailer than the original. I appreciate all your help!
