hi all, did a decarb on engine and think the pulse limiter fitting is clogged, i got the low oil warning (beep every 20 seconds) checked vro tank had plenty. i thought i would check this out before i pulled the vro tank and clean the filter but the original manual does not give location on the pulse limiter,v 4 cy is on crankcase 6 and 8 pulse hose. thanks any help would be much appr.

Pulse limiter is located on block, near VRO-2 pump. Pulse limiter is in pulse line to VRO, so tracing it back is easy.

I do not see the linkage between low oil warning and pulse limiter. If pulse limiter is clogged, VRO will not deliver enough fuel to carbs. I do not think that motor has a "no oil" warning on it.

thanks Chris, why would the low oil alarm go off then? and flushing in the drive way i noticed very little smoke is not getting any oil?

I do not know that answer. I do recommend you run some premix fuel until you sort it out. I think your plan to test the low oil alarm sender is a good one. Replace the filter if it has one, as well.

hey i found it, its dark in there, i read that if the pulse limiter is blue its ok?
