lock nut on my outdrive !!!!

i bought the boat from a mercruiser mech.i need to do the service on the outdrive but cant get it off. one of the 6 bolts that hold it on has a special keyed anti-theft lock nut.i cant get in touch with the guy i got it from and i don't have a key. has anyone ever seen this,and if so where can i get a key

ok i fount it its called McGard Stern Drive Locks,but are they all keyed the same?
