long shaft / short shaft measurments

Can anyone tell me what the measurements are for both long and short shaft Outboards. I am putting a kicker on my 88 18' Nordic Crestliner I/O, and need to decide what motor I will purchase.

Typical measurements are:

Shortshaft 15"
Longshaft 20"
Extra longshaft 25"

If you buy a kicker with the old "commercial" style lower unit (non thru prop hub exhaust) you can add a couple of inches to the first two lengths.
