I just challenge you to keep'em looking that polished for all season.

But it's really some kind'a tritoon. Absolutely top of the line.

Yeah...

Just try to keep them that way! NOT gonna happen. Especially if you put it in the water!

He may have had them buffed out and some kind of clear coat. Still would be a pain to keep clean after every trip. With some kind of sealer normal oxidation will turn them in short order.

That's one sharp pontoon Boat, The only thing wrong is it doesn't have a power wench. For $62,000 I sure don't want to crank it..

These comments are right. I used a buffer wheel and a wax polish bar and mine looked similar - until I had it in the water. And I am talking fresh water here in mid - northern Saskatchewan. Sure impressed my friends initially.

Funny but a few years ago the aluminum frame around my truck topper windows had the black trim coming off. A bodyshop friend said oh yeh that is aluminum rusting. I thought he was nuts but he was absolutely right.

You can keep them that way for a long time, but you need to seal it with sharks hide. I polished mine last yr,and applied 2 coats of sealer to all but one side of one tube. On that side I just applied one coat to see how much difference there would be. I missed a spot on that side, and after just a few trips to the lake you can see why you need to seal them.
