Part #A-48-5622-A1 10-3/4" 19" I had this on my 14' Starcrat Holiday was running 48-53 Mph WOT on gps. I blew the motor up due to a whole in the baffel plate. scared the lower two cylinders. Now I built a new motor, 80's head on a 77 lower, but running a 10"x 12". Best performance 33 Mph

please help

Need a whole lot more info to help tell where your problem is.
What motor? I don't think a 14 ft Starcraft is meant to run at 50+ mph.
and may be difficult to accomplish again. Apparently you are running a Merc.
My guess is a 50. Sure would help to know exactly what motor or lower you are running.It would seem to me just look up the prop for the lower would be simple.I couldn't get those numbers to come up on ebay or google.
It would seem to me that if you are running the 12" prop at wot you may end up needing a new powerhead again soon.
What rpm did the old prop run?what rpm is the 12" running?
