I am looking at a 2004 Tracker Tahoe Q5 with a 4.3l V6 Merc...190hp (what can I do to up performance)<br /><br />It has a bimini top, custom cover, all the lifejackets, side protectors (bouys), skid gaurds, auto bilge pump, CD stereo...Has a trailstar trailer with brakes only 20 hrs. and comes with the factory warrenty...<br /><br />There price is 19900 OBO for EVERYTHING...what would be a fair price to offer them (and hopefully get this boat for)...<br /><br />By the way whats the top speed of this boat, as well as the cruising speed? thanks!

update got the seller down to 18500...is that a good price...<br /><br />Also is this a EFI or carbed model?

I bought a 2006 q4 sf with a 3 litter bimmini top covers trailer its 19.5 feet long bought at dealer for 18999
