Looking at Nauticstar 222 SC I/O. Opinions?

My wife's boss has a 2012 Nauticstar 222 SC I/O that he is looking to sell. I still don't have a price. He is the type that pays for things to be taken care of, and he does do it. He has a trailer that has hardly been used, because the boat stays in his slip at the marina. The boat has about 60 hours on it, and has been covered while in his slip (not sure what kind of cover.) I'm waiting on more information, but don't know anything about the quality of these boats, motors, drives.
I believe it has a Volvo 4.3.

Can guys give me some input?
