My wife and I are looking for a 2002-2003 Carver 404 with cockpit. We are up in Ontario, Canada and was wondering if it is worth the hassles of buying in the US with our strengthening dollar? There would be duty,GST, and the transportation thing. Any comments? Gas or Diesel? If I go with gas, are the 8.1's better than the 7.4's? Will start out with one or two day trips then move on to longer trips eventually. Thanks in advance for any input.
