looking for a boat!

Here i found some boat on craigslist and im in a pickle. one is a sea nymph

I offered this guy 350 and he said no but there is a leak and a soft spot on the floor.



And the other is a Starcraft, not sure what model and year

What i am going to do is do a complete restoration on them. I don't really know anything about fixing up boats but i have this urge to just buy and fix! idk but please help me out!

Don't buy anything without a title for boat and trailer.

In Wisconsin, trailers do not have to be titled, unless overall weight (boat on trailer) is 3,000 lbs or more. Boats 16ft, and longer have to be titled. I wouldnt buy a boat 16ft or longer without title. Under 16ft boats get a reg card, and it goes to the new owner, or buyer signed. But if you know the owners name , you can do it online (DNR web site) without the card. You have to send the title in, if 16ft or longer.
