Looking for a pic of a 2cycle engine running out of water (smoke)

I am trying to compare the amount of smoke that my engine (65 Johnson) produces as compared to a good running engine of a similar size. I dont think it is abnormal...but just want to check. <br />If you have a pic of a 2cycle engine running w/muffs out of water, let me know.<br /><br />Thanks!<br />SHawn

ShawnQ,<br /><br />THe amount of smoke produced is going to rely upon several things.<br /><br />1. Temperature (ambient) and temp. of engine.<br /><br />2. The oil to gas mix ratio. Yours should be 50:1 (one pint TCW-3 oil to six gallons fuel-87 octane).<br /><br />3. A healthy combustion process-no water entering cylinders and good compression and spark.
