Looking for a prop "tuner

Decades ago I knew a guy who could add an inch of pitch to pretty much any aluminum prop.

I'm trying to upgrade the performance of a '59ish Scott McCulloch 7.5. I bought a carb off a 12 / 14.1, but I know I'll have to do something propwise too.

I'm open to suggestions.
