Looking for boat / motor advice

I am looking at 2 boats (hopefully more) tomorrow:

1986 Sunrunner 230SB, 225E Volvo, full cuddy (stove, head, fridge), trailer
1989 Four Winns 230, 5.8L OMC Cobra, cuddy (sleep only), trailer

My question of course is what experiences, good or bad with these boats as well as for the engines. What should I look for?

I'm looking for a cuddy, around 22 to 25 ft, single engine, going to be used mainly on lake erie, something I can still find parts for and simple to work on. Thanks for you help.

The sunrunner would be my choice. No brainer.

Condition, condition, condition with one exception.

OMC is no longer in business. While the Cobra drive was a good one and most parts are still available, service can be a bit tough to find.
