Anyone have a listing of the Delphi numbers which correspond to MEFI numbers?
Have a MEFI 1 and always thought it came from my old motor, but just did notice the Delphi number is for a 350. Not that this is an issue because its my understanding that they can all be reprogramed.

Did call AZ and they did say the Cal# on mine 8M855X15 means it was Calibrated for a 502, so all is good, but would still like to know if anyone has a list of the part numbers

^ To add some info to what Scott found, OBD diagnostics and MEFI Tuning has the same list but calls it GM parts numbers as noted quarter way down of the following link, https://obd2allinone.com/mefitune.asp .... http://mefituning.com/mefi-ecu-table

While a guy named Michael from http://www.michaelstractors.com/foru...p?TOPIC_ID=199 shows a label of a Delphi number which matches the GM numbers from OBD diagnostics....Pretty sure those are about the best numbers we're gonna find online unless maybe one of the MEFI tuner guys over on OSO come up with something different which would be cool.....I say that because I do recall one of the service tech reps at Merc was able/had a list in front of him years ago to look up detailed info regarding each number on/of the ECM....Personally I never saw a list of that caliber.

Looks like Marine EFI - GM Powertrain OEM Sales continues to build a version of MEFI.

Great info guys thanks. Is there anything which translates it from the Delphi/GM to a given motor (305, 350, 454..etc)? I can figure it out given enough time, also should have mentioned this is what started the my search.

Maybe should cal OBD - Bob and see what's the difference between the part numbers

same bit of electronics used on all V8's. (crate Ram-Jet 350's had same MEFI part number as crate 454's). different cals

Believe there is a pre-loaded part number from GM that is X ECU with Y config.

That has always been my assumption as well, just wonder if there is any difference between MEFI 1 for cars and 1 for Merc. If its all in the Cal then there should be more part numbers, just thinking

hardware wise, same delphi bits (ECM). some of the GM crate motors were even using the same harness that was provided to Mercruiser/Volvo.

going off what i remember from a ramjet crate motor install into a '72 Vega.....keep in mind that was many beers ago.
