looking for help seaking chrysler 15hp no spark

Hello folks. i recently bough seaking chrysler 15hp outboard motor.
i was checking the spark. on top cylinder i see weak spark and the bottom cylinder none.
i am not sure how to test the coils/condensors. i looked into youtube but its confusing.
there are two coils installed FMW-25008 top cylinder and FMW-1038 if anyone can point to the OEM parts that i can replace the 2 coils with and condensors as well. the points look clean

Try cleaning the points first. They get unseen corrosion on them from sitting. Model and serial number would help us diagnose further. After three posts by you, you can post pictures.

Grub suggested cleaning the points: file them to make sure the contacts are clean.
