looking for ideas and opionions on replaceing transome wood

any thoughts on replacing transome wood? marine plywood is not readly available in my area.treated looks alot less strong then reg bc plywood. my thoughts where to put 3 layers put together and coated with fiber glass resien.its going to be bolted down both sides and bolts clean thru for motor and the power trim. please let me know of pros and cons to this or any ideas you have.

Non-Marine grade plywood has voids and the glue used to hold the layers together will not hold up to the constant immersion in water. Order marine grade plywood or you will either be repeating the work sooner than you would like too.. or fishing for your motor.

Also remember that treated lumber is treated for insects not water...
