Looking for info year and fuel mix on 5.5 hp evinrude

serial # is 5522-10620 then a x follows the number but it looks scratched on not factory. any help would be greatly appriciated

1961 and a 24:1 fuel mix. 1 quart of TC-W3 oil per 6 Gal of gas
