looking for mercruiser decals 37 - 812776A33

For a 1996 5.7LX Currently the arrestor cover has the wrong decals on it and was wanting to make it right, (why advertise you have a 5.0 when its really a 5.7.) any ways it appears they are no longer factory avalible, any leads? I have been checking ebay.

How sure are you that you have 5.7 and not a 5.0?

Do you have your engine serial number?

You may have posted the wrong part number.

I am positive that it is a 5.7. The boat came with a 5.7 according to the ID numbers in the owners manual. I knew the second owner well and know that he had the engine rebuilt due to droping an exhaust valve. At that time (last winter) it got rebuilt and he upgraded to a a 4 barrel carb. I was around the engine when it was rebuilt and remeber him running the numbers on it.

The current cover is off of a 88 boat based on the outdrive and engine number. Mine is a 96 so it is not the original cover.
