Looking for part number to buy a red OMC/Johnson remote tilt/trim switch on throttle handle

The tilt/trim up side of the switch on the throttle control handle is broken and doesn't work. It's definitely the switch. I'm not sure of a part number or what to get as a replacement. It's from a 1992 Glastron w/Johnson 90hp outboard. The switch is red with an arrow in the up and down direction in white. It's in the "thumb" area when you hand is on the throttle handle.

I've found a couple switches online for around $150 that look the same, but I can't be sure of the dimensions since it doesn't give any. I think some switches are "shallower" than others and might not mount in the handle the same. Or if there's an aftermarket that will work, I'm good with that.

Anyone know the part number and/or a source for a replacement?

I should have called the dealer first. They said the switch has been discontinued for a long time and the only option they have is to put in a new control box at $500-600. I guess that's why the switches I saw on eBay were $150.

I might look into a different option - putting in a dash-mounted tilt/trim switch.
Something like THIS.

Gee, I am pretty sure you could get an aftermarket control with wiring, key and trim switch for $150-$200. They are not real hard to put in.

You might check crowleymarine for the switch and get a part number, Flea Bay or someone might have NOS. Look at the accessories section for your year motor to find it. I was able to replace my PTT switch some years ago on my '98 Johnny. It was OEM, but was hard to track down.

I totally understand wanting to replace original parts with original to keep the old girl the way she should be.

But I'm also a cheap old fart these days and would really lean towards the $15 part over the $150 at least for a temporary fix.

I did end up buying the switch I linked to on Amazon.
I think I know, but should ask before I set the boat on fire by a wiring problem....

The instructions that came with the switch aren't great. It shows how to connect a light and a winch. I'm assuming the winch would be the correct way, but that wiring looks wrong to me.

But I think the correct wiring is the way it's shown on the Amazon ad, right? Jumpers side-to-side.

The right and left sides (columns) are separate from each other. I'm guessing one side is for the switch, the other side is for the lights in the switch. The middle pair are for +12v. The top single is for Ground.

The "top" two white are for down tilt. The "bottom" two white are for up tilt.

I took a chance.
As I suspected, the bottom picture is the correct wiring for the tilt/trim switch.
It's in and working. Saved me at least $140, or more if I would have replaced the whole control box.
