loose bow rails

I have a 1990 596 zpx stingray and I hope someone can help me
How do you tigthen the nuts on the front bow rails I beleive the are 1/2 inch socket.
any suggestions. Thanks Rick

Same problem on my starboard bow rail for a 190 RX....and whatever size it is, who has an extension that long handy ????

Any tips ?
