Hello, I’m new to owning a boat (wife had to have one) and of course we’re experiencing issues already. It’s a 2008 Regal 1900 with the 4.3 Volvo Penta engine. Boat starts up fine, maybe seems a little rough on idle. After I park the truck and the wife picks me up, if we try to take off the boat seems to want to stall out. Pull back on the throttle and we can just slowly move along. It’ll do this for approximately 20 min and then for whatever reason, it’ll take off. I replaced the fuel filter but am definitely a newb when it comes to boats. Any help is appreciated!
