I have a 25hp 4 stroke Mercury efi on a basstracker 170tx. First thing in the morning I get all my rpms which is normally around 6000. But later in the day rpms drop to around 5400-5500 after the air warms and after the engine has run a few times. It begins to get sluggish. No skip, hums right along just at lower rpms. Is this normal?
