loss of power

85 evinrude 175 plugs always wet mixed oil 1/2 quart to 6 gallons of fuel keeps fouling plugs. i dont want to put to little oil it what do you think? it wont go on a plane it just plows the water

When did it last run right?

Do you have a OEM shop manual?

BTW, don't mess with the oil mix.

ive had this boat 5 months its only ran right once its been a work in progress it ran great 2 weeks ago than it sat for 2 weeks before i got it back in the water and it would not plane had no power like the plugs wer fouling i put in new plugs and it did not help any, and yes i do have a manual i just can not figure out where to go from here

Your mix is right.Have you checked your spark and compression.You might only be running on one bank(side).You can check spark by removing all plugs,and place a plug in the plug wore ,hold it away from a good ground on the engine,I like to sandpaper a head bolt til it shows metal,one by one check to see if you have spark.You can by cheap compression gauges at local discount auto store for about 20 bucks,its a great tool to have forever for any engine,check compression and write them down. should not be big differance if 10-15 psi.If these checks are good,perhaps you have dirty carbs,but you say they are wet,are they ALL wet.

the compression is 85lbs in all 6 cyl all are firing i have put a new stator, timer, 6 new coils all new plugs and wires and the carbs were just rebuilt
