Loss of RPM on motor when trimming motor down.

Anyone ever have a loss of RPM when trimming the motor down on a 2009 Suzuki 4-stroke. At idle speed all is OK.. anything above that as soon as I trim down the motor it loses some power/RPM. I let off the trim and it normalizes. Also my Voltage gauge is reading 13 instead of 14.2 . Boat was fine last week. Any input?
