lost keys on my suzuki 65hp

hello i've only gone and lost my keys for my outboard, all i can find on the ignition barrel is 147 2c, but cant seem to find anything relating to that number on the internet, i was thinking of just cutting the wires and making a few rocker switches, does anybody know the wireing digram for which wire does what????

It's a dealer only item. Most dealers stock them but only a dealer can order them for you.
